If you've already experienced meditation, if it's your daily or occasionally practice or if you are completely new to it, but you feel compelled to try, this class is perfect for you.
We will explore different meditation methods, some more active, some more passive,we will observe how they touch us, we will witness how they change us.
Once or twice a week, an oppurtunity to practice stillness. Together.
